Varia Fitness and Crossfit Cielo are working together to get the word out about the VARIABALL. Our first retail display was set up today at Crossfit Cielo in Superior Colorado! AND, in the coming weeks we’ll be rolling out a “try before you buy” program where you can stop by Crossfit Cielo during their open hours to try out the VARIABALL.

BoulderFitTech Meetup in Boulder Colorado is a great place to network with other fitness entrepreneurs! Varia Fitness was able to demo our VARIABALL variable weight medicine balls and a prototype variable weight kettlebell at the meetup on January 11, 2019.

The short answer is you need a range of medicine ball weights. The weight you choose is dependent on your physical size, fitness level, number of reps and the type of exercise. Using a VARIABALL allows you to select and/or adjust the weight on the fly (without the hassle of having a bunch of medicine balls lying around!).
